About this role:

As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to grow our logistics entity by leading the implementation of innovative technological solutions across multiple departments. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand the needs of the business, develop project plans, and manage resources to deliver high-impact projects that drive the company's technological evolution.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Strategic Alignment & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, conduct feasibility studies, and build compelling business cases for technology initiatives
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines and resources, and oversee the entire project lifecycle from development to deployment
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular progress reports, proposals, and presentations
• Cross-functional Coordination: Effectively coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and achieve project goals
• Change Management & Adoption: Design and implement strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and ensure successful integration within the organization
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track project progress using KPIs, analyze results to identify areas for enhancement, and ensure project success

What will you bring to the table?

• Several years of experience in a project management role, ideally working on technical projects
• Experience in Conversational AI and process automation is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English, coupled with a passion for cultivating business relationships
• A structured, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to be a valuable team player
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze KPIs, and develop sound business cases
• Able and willing to travel as part of the role
