Zusammenfassung

Vistex is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead SAP/Vistex implementations on a contract basis. You will own end-to-end project delivery, coordinating client stakeholders, implementation teams, and third-party partners to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong risk and change control skills, and the ability to manage complex global projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of SAP Project Management experience delivering complex projects.

Vistex is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to provide project-based support on a contract basis for complex SAP/Vistex implementations.

This is a contract engagement and is not a permanent employee position with Vistex. We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager who can quickly integrate into active client engagements, take ownership of project delivery, and provide immediate support based on business and project needs.

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with client stakeholders, implementation teams, and Vistex resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This is a hands-on project leadership engagement requiring strong experience managing complex SAP implementations, client relationships, project financials, resources, risks, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex SAP/Vistex implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Manage one or multiple client engagements based on project and contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and overall delivery.
• Manage SOW requirements and associated change requests.
• Monitor project financials, including budget-to-actuals, resource utilization, and project expenditures.
• Identify, manage, and **escalate** project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track and report project performance, milestones, and key metrics to client stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional Vistex, client, implementation partner, and third-party teams.
• Act as the primary project escalation point and drive resolution of project issues.
• Build strong working relationships with senior client stakeholders and serve as a trusted project advisor.
• Lead project governance, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Lead onsite activities where required and work effectively across geographically distributed teams.
• Apply structured project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Support project scoping and estimation activities as required.

Strong experience across SAP SD, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and/or Finance.

Demonstrated experience creating and managing detailed project plans, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

Experience managing client stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of project risks, dependencies, scope management, and change control.

Ability to demonstrate hands‑on project ownership, rather than primarily PMO or coordination experience.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing project environment.

Willingness and ability to travel based on project requirements.

Ability to work effectively within a contract/project-based engagement model.

Preferred
