Zusammenfassung

RWE Technology International GmbH in Essen is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Corporate Real Estate department to oversee international, multi-location office and real estate projects, including new developments, refurbishments, expansions, and M&A support.

You will lead planning, delivery, and resource management, ensure compliance with HSE standards, foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and continuously optimise project management processes across the group.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience in project management, preferably within the real estate or construction sector, complemented by relevant certifications (e.g., PMI or PRINCE2) and a proven track record of success in a commercially driven environment.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project requirements.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate confidently with executive leadership and senior management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, combined with a proactive approach, strong team orientation, and the ability to effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel extensively and flexibility to operate in an international business environment.
