Role

My client, a global end customer, HQ in Stuttgart, Germany are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager focusing on PP. Reporting into the VP of Operations, you will work collaboratively with both the operations and IT teams across the globe to ensure the delivery of all the project related tasks in an efficient manner both national and internationally. Responsible for scope, time and cost as well as having technical management responsibility for the project team of around 30+ employees and management of external consultants.

Some of the other responsibilities will include :

• The establishment of a standard and consistent system architecture for a number of software components, such as SAP, SES, KPMS, etc.
• Establishing the framework for the S / 4HANA migration by the end of 2027 in collaboration with the nearby specialized departments
• Planning globally for EU / NAMER and conceptualising effective and functional production planning and control procedures (internal value stream; intralogistics; reporting creation)
• Implementing lean principles and avoiding waste in the production process
• Creating strategic decision templates
• Responsible for the change management in the PPS-area
• Becoming the Product Owner / Head of Department upon project completion (including rollout in all plants) and overseeing globally consistent future development (standards)
