Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor KPIs like engagement, retention, absenteeism, turnover, eNPS across European markets, providing insights to leadership
• Partner with teams to identify data gaps and lead survey initiatives
• Identify trends and risks related to employee experience and productivity
• Collaborate on designing and implementing targeted initiatives
• Maintain dashboards and reporting for people health metrics
• Lead projects to improve retention and productivity, aligned with business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, or related fields
• 5+ years in HR roles focusing on analytics, engagement, or organizational development, preferably in fast-paced international settings
• Proven project management skills with strategic and hands-on approach
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency with HRIS, analytics tools, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
