(SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER OPERATIONS AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT (f/m/d)

This is a permanent position involving frequent on-site work with clients during the week and typically in our Munich, Cologne, or Hamburg offices on Fridays.

Your Mission

• Lead and support exciting Operations projects on-site for both international and national clients.
• Contribute your expertise to the acquisition of new Operations projects.
• Work on innovative technical projects related to strategy, supply chain management, procurement, and more.
• Develop and mentor analysts and junior consultants on your projects.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree from a reputable university; an MBA or PhD is a plus.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or a leading international company, managing Operations projects.
• Deep understanding of operations processes across various industries, especially Machinery, MedTech, and Rail, with experience in digitalization and additive manufacturing.
• Expertise in areas such as Supply Chain, Operations Strategy, Manufacturing, Product Lifecycle Management, Performance Improvement, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, Lean Management.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and interpersonal skills.
