Job Description

Senior Project Manager – Onshore Wind

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Type: Permanent | Full-Time

A leading European renewable energy developer is expanding its footprint across Northern Europe and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large scale onshore wind projects.

In this role, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle from land acquisition and permitting through to construction and handover. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, legal advisors, and financial analysts, and play a key part in managing external contractors and local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of onshore wind farms across Germany and neighbouring regions
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk strategies
• Ensure compliance with permitting, environmental, and grid connection requirements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal leadership and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Around 6 years' experience in wind energy project management
• Strong understanding of permitting, grid, and construction phases
• Engineering or technical degree
