Position Overview

As a Project Manager at FrontWell Solutions, you will lead consulting projects across various MES and LIMS products, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. You will manage project budgets, foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, and champion the needs of customers and project teams. Your role will be key in establishing and expanding the project management function within our team, shaping best practices, and contributing globally.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
  2. Budget Management: Track expenditures and allocate resources to meet project goals.
  3. Team Collaboration: Promote a collaborative environment, addressing the needs of the project team and client expectations.
  4. Role Establishment: Lead the development of the project management function, including best practices and SOPs.
  5. Global Contribution: Work with the global PMO to improve strategies and share best practices.
  6. Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for both the project team and clients, ensuring open communication and swift issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a software implementation environment.
  • At least 8+ years of project management experience.
  • MES or LIMS background is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Technical aptitude with willingness to work hands-on occasionally in a consultant role.
  • Self-motivated, thrives in startup-like environments, and learns quickly.
  • Proven ability to balance customer and personal success in projects.
  • Proficiency in German and English at B2 level or higher (professional fluency).
