Position Overview

As a Project Manager at FrontWell Solutions, you will lead consulting projects involving MES and LIMS products, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. You will manage project budgets, foster cross-functional collaboration, and advocate for the needs of customers and project teams. You will play a key role in establishing and expanding our project management practices globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
• Track expenditures and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment, advocating for project teams and customer expectations.
• Develop and shape project management standards and SOPs within the organization.
• Collaborate with the global PMO to improve strategies and share best practices.
• Act as an advocate for both project teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a software implementation environment.
• At least 8 years of project management experience.
• Experience with MES or LIMS is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms.
• Technical aptitude with willingness to work hands-on occasionally.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, thrives in startup-like environments.
• Ability to balance customer needs and project success.
• Proficiency in German and English at B2 level or higher.
