Position Overview

As a Project Manager at FrontWell Solutions, you will lead consulting projects across various MES and LIMS products, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. You will manage project budgets, foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, and advocate for the needs of both our clients and project teams. Your role will be key in establishing and expanding the project management function within our team, shaping best practices, and contributing globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
• Track expenditures and manage resources to meet project goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment, championing the needs of the project team and client expectations.
• Develop and shape the project management function, including SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate with the global PMO to improve project management strategies and share best practices.
• Act as an advocate for the project team and clients, ensuring open communication and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a software implementation environment.
• At least 8 years of project management experience.
• Experience with MES or LIMS is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Technical aptitude with willingness to work hands-on occasionally.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick learner, thriving in startup-like environments.
• Ability to balance customer satisfaction and personal success in project settings.
• Proficiency in German and English at B2 level or higher (professional fluency).
