Position Overview

As a Project Manager at FrontWell Solutions, you will lead consulting projects involving MES and LIMS products, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. You will manage project budgets, foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, and advocate for the needs of customers and project teams. You will also play a key role in developing and expanding the project management function within our organization, establishing best practices and sharing knowledge globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
• Track expenditures and manage resources to meet project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment, representing the needs of the project team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead the development of the project management function, including best practices and SOPs.
• Collaborate with the global PMO to improve strategies and share best practices.
• Act as an advocate for both the project team and customers, ensuring open communication and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a software implementation environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
• Experience with MES or LIMS is highly desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Technical aptitude with willingness to work hands-on occasionally in a consultant role.
• Self-motivated, able to thrive in startup-like environments, and quick to learn.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs and personal success in project settings.
• Fluent in German and English at B2 level or higher.
