Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead consulting projects across MES and LIMS products, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality.
• Track expenditures and manage resources to meet project objectives.
• Foster collaboration among teams and meet customer expectations.
• Spearhead the development of the project management function, including SOPs.
• Collaborate with the global PMO to enhance strategies and share best practices.
• Act as an advocate for project teams and customers, ensuring open communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a software implementation environment.
• At least 8+ years of project management experience.
• MES or LIMS background is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Technical aptitude with a willingness to work hands-on occasionally.
• Self-starter who thrives in startup-like environments and learns quickly.
• Proven ability to balance customer and personal success in projects.
• Proficiency in German and English at B2 level or higher.
