Your Role

As (Senior) Project Manager Medical Technology, you will work with the entire ZEISS Ophthalmology team and other Meditec units. You will initiate, design, and lead cross-cutting operational and strategic projects, ranging from setting up new workflows and solutions to launching strategic programs. Your focus will be on growing, internationalizing, and digitizing the Meditec Ophthalmology business, especially through new business models. As an empowered member of our Special Projects team, you will take full responsibility for identifying and implementing optimal solutions for our customers in an international, multi-stakeholder environment, while leading and developing junior colleagues. We aim to create impact!

Your Profile

• An academic degree with excellent final grades in sciences, technology, engineering, mathematics, economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of practical experience in business development, project management, corporate strategy, or management consulting within healthcare, pharma, or related industries.
• A passion for innovation and the healthcare industry.
• Strong entrepreneurial, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects within a matrix organization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and align stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong lateral leadership skills and excellent business acumen.
