Deutsche Telekom’s in-house Telekom Strategy Consulting seeks a (Senior) Project Manager to drive AI transformation across the Group. You will lead project teams of 3–6 consultants and translate the AI strategy into practical initiatives, reporting to senior stakeholders.

We value a strong background in top-tier strategy consulting with at least four years in transformation and implementation, leadership experience, and expertise in AI, digital transformation, data, or technology.

We are looking for strategy consultants who want to be part of this journey.**Who we are looking for**You have built a **strong foundation in top-tier strategy consulting**, with at least **four years of experience** in strategy development, transformation, and implementation.You solve complex problems, bring structure to ambiguity, engage senior stakeholders, and communicate clearly and persuasively.You bring leadership experience and expertise in at least one of the following areas:* AI, digital transformation, data, or technology* Finance, M&A, ESG, business development, or commercial management* HR processes, organizational development, or HR IT* Digital business models, marketing, pricing, or commercialization* Technology-related topics (e.g., telco & communication tech, AI, data & analytics or cloud) or a STEM background.* You understand AI as both a working tool and a driver of fundamental business change, combining analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and pragmatic implementation.**What you will do**As a **(Senior) Project Manager** you will **lead project teams of 3–6 consultants** and translate Deutsche Telekom’s AI strategy into practice across the Group. You will also actively develop yourself and your team through feedback, coaching, and training.AI touches everything we do, giving you exposure to a wide range of business areas, including Sales, Marketing, Service, Technology, Finance, and headquarters functions. Together with project sponsors, TSC Partners, top management, and members of the Board of Management, you will shape the AI target picture for individual business areas, structure complex challenges, and turn strategic objectives into practical implementation.You will not spend your time writing PowerPoint presentations about AI.
