The following challenges await you:
- As a (Senior) IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our strategic project management team at Heraeus IT.
- You will manage various exciting projects, from strategic initiatives to implementing user and customer-centric solutions that generate business value for Heraeus.
- You will take end-to-end responsibility for project execution, including scope management, timeline definition, resource planning, budget tracking, and project governance.
- You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including business experts, IT partners, IT specialists, and external vendors.
- You will apply state-of-the-art project management methods and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management practices at Heraeus.
- Close engagement with the business and target group-oriented communication will be key to your success, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective project execution.
Your Profile:
- You bring 5+ years of experience in IT project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You hold a university degree (or equivalent) in economics or IT.
- You are experienced in managing programs/projects in diverse environments and are familiar with both classic and agile project methods.
- You have a proven ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations.
- You quickly understand and analyze new demands and challenges.
- You have international experience and high intercultural awareness.
- You possess a strong economic and commercial understanding.
- You are a business-minded IT professional with a solid understanding of how IT can drive business value.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in German is a plus.
