ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Manage end-to-end Lab Operations project activities, including scope, budget, risks, timelines, deliverables, and communication to support project delivery in a global and dynamic environment.
  2. Provide strategic leadership and consultation throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, designing, documenting, integrating, communication, reporting, change management, incident management, and configuration management.
  3. Develop project plans and roadmaps; ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements, are delivered on schedule, and meet quality standards.
  4. Identify and prioritize project requirements and critical paths aligned with business objectives.
  5. Create sub-plans such as communication, quality assurance, resource, procurement, and change management plans.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate work groups involving Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to elicit and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and reengineer processes based on best practices.
  7. Deliver concise communication and report project status updates to stakeholders.
  8. Manage expectations with resource managers regarding resource allocation and performance.
  9. Conduct risk assessments to identify and manage contingencies.
  10. Ensure project activities align with Antech policies, procedures, and methodologies.
  11. Execute project closeout activities, including turnover to stakeholders.
  12. Define, monitor, and report on key project metrics.
  13. Facilitate retrospectives to support continuous development and feedback.
  14. Provide cross-functional support to other departments as needed and adjust work hours to meet deadlines.
  15. Represent Antech professionally at all times.
  16. Participate in enterprise initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  1. Bachelor's degree with at least 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a laboratory environment.
  2. PMP certification is a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  1. Fluency in English and German is required.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to tailor messaging based on the audience.
  3. Effective listening skills to communicate project needs to stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  5. Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  6. Cultural awareness and experience managing international, multicultural teams.
  7. Attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
  8. Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
