YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this exciting position, you will be key part of the Integrated Business Planning team within the Corporate Development department.
• You will lead and drive implementation projects in Dr. Oetker market countries.
• You will significantly contribute to the overall success of Integrated Business Planning by designing, implementing and improving process, tool and change aspects in our Dr. Oetker countries.
• With your strong engagement the implementation of integrated planning processes (such as Sales, Marketing, Demand planning etc.) is carried out in Dr. Oetker markets across functions according to the global Integrated Business Planning approach.
• You are responsible for ensuring the success of projects through goal-oriented, efficient and professional project management.
• Together with a local project team in our Dr. Oetker countries you bring projects to life.
• You will be entrusted with the continuous preparation, execution and documentation of multinational implementations and related reporting’s and analysis for the overall program management.
• Moreover, you will be responsible for flawless project and stakeholder management by skillfully managing relationships to actively ensure partner buy-in.
• You will link the local projects with international departments such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Controlling and IT.
• With your experience and learnings, solution approaches are generated to continuously improve the overall rollout of Integrated Business Planning as well as the operative performance of individual international departments and national market units.
• You will have a close collaboration with other corporate functions (Sales, Demand, IT, Marketing, Controlling), Dr. Oetker countries as well as external consultants.
• In addition, you will lead overarching projects or special tasks in the context of IBP and be responsible for implementation.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a Master’s degree and very successfully completed your studies in the field of business management or similar.
• You have 3-5 years of work experience in a professional, fast-moving and performance-oriented environment preferably in Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Supply, Controlling or Transformational roles.
• You are very analytical, results driven, reliable and well-organized. Besides that, you are a problem solver who independently identifies, structures and solves problems.
• You have already proven your good understanding of business planning through your functional experience or through the implementation of processes across different areas within our business.
• You are open towards innovation and change at Dr. Oetker and able to find the right solution when faced with resistance.
• Your interpersonal and communications skills are excellent and you know how to win people’s trust.
• You are willing to travel regularly to the respective Dr. Oetker countries and bring the necessary intercultural competence and openness with you.
• You have extensive methodological competence in project management as well as profound experience in change management and the management of complex stakeholder structures in an international and interdisciplinary context.
• Your working style is characterized by a high degree of resilience and flexibility.
• You have strong Microsoft Office skills and you are fluent in English (spoken and written).
