HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Holistic project management. In this role, you will lead projects in the Industrial Goods (IG) sector and manage a dedicated team. You will oversee industry-leading client portfolios both domestically and internationally, and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement. This includes analyzing and improving procurement strategies, optimizing cost structures, and implementing best practices tailored to industry-specific requirements. You will work closely with renowned clients, such as global market leaders in mechanical and plant engineering as well as the process industry, showcasing your entrepreneurial talent in project controlling and client acquisition.

Intensive customer consulting. You manage various external and internal stakeholders and work closely with key contacts at our clients and BCG. Additionally, you conduct workshops and negotiations with your team and present the results to clients.

Specific development. With your expertise, you drive internal knowledge building in our largest practice area, IG. First-class and diverse learning formats help you continuously expand your knowledge and personal horizons.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

University degree with above-average grades and 4-8 years of relevant professional experience in industry and/or consulting as well as a passion for strategic and operational work.

Extensive expertise in consulting, in the areas of Automotive & Mobility, Greentech & Engineered Products, Materials & Process Industries or Travel, Transport, Tourism, Cities & Infrastructure and/or in strategic procurement.

You bring valuable project management experience and have already led teams both professionally and personally with passion. Additionally, you excel at effectively managing and supporting clients and stakeholders to successfully implement our IG projects. You have proven your analytical and conceptual skills at management level.

Confident appearance in an international environment, business fluent in both German and English, flexible in your professional mobility.
