This role is pivotal to the success of our overall transformation journey. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP program delivery and project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in international and matrixed environments. Key to success in this position is the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder landscapes, drive alignment across business and technical functions, and communicate effectively with senior leadership, including C-level executives. The candidate should live in Germany, have an EU work permit, and be willing to travel 4 days per month within Europe.

Senior Project Manager - HR SAP Transformation (m/f/d)

Responsibilities include providing professional project management for the SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, proactively managing risks, aligning stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and reporting to top management. The role also involves coordinating technical development, collaborating with external service providers, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of proven experience managing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors in international organizations, preferably in matrix organizations or professional services such as consulting.
• Expertise in project controlling, including resource planning, cost calculation, and benefits realization.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar, with professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
