Job Description

Analyze and monitor HR health KPIs (engagement, retention, absenteeism, turnover, eNPS) across all European markets, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Partner with the team to identify data gaps and lead the development and execution of surveys to gather missing information.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to employee experience, engagement, and productivity.

Collaborate with local HR teams to design and implement targeted initiatives addressing improvement areas.

Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of dashboards and regular reporting for HR health metrics.

Lead cross-functional projects to increase employee retention and productivity, aligning with business objectives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the HR Team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in People / HR roles, focusing on HR analytics, employee engagement, or organizational development, ideally in a hypergrowth or fast-paced international environment.

Proven project management skills with a strategic, hands-on approach, and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS, HR analytics tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders

Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
