Senior Project Manager für die Steuerung technisch komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the development results in customer and internal projects in the field of complex energy systems.
• Planning and implementation of technical and commercial work packages within specified cost and time frames.
• Coordination and management of development teams, including deadline and quality monitoring.
• Co-operation with various departments such as purchasing, production, and legal.
• Managing external development service providers and finding technical solutions.
• Regular reporting and presentation of the project status to the CEO, CFO, and customer in collaboration with the overall project manager.
• Technical contact person for customers during the project and involvement in contract and post-contract negotiations with regard to technical content.
• Risk management and stakeholder management in accordance with the IPMA standard.

Minimum Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering.
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects in comparable applications or markets.
• Knowledge and certification in IPMA/GPM project standards.
• Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to familiarize yourself with complex topics.
• Business fluent in German and English, very good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, MS Project, JIRA).
• Willingness to travel within the EU and NATO member states (< 25 %).
