We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative: the global transition from SAP ECC to SAP S / 4HANA. This role offers a chance to shape a critical business program with international impact. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP implementation and project management expertise, with a proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional projects globally. Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing and communicating with senior leadership and C-level executives, are essential. Candidates must reside in Germany, hold an EU work permit, and be willing to travel approximately 4 days per month within Europe.

How you will create an impact :

1. Project Management: Lead the SAP ECC to S / 4HANA transformation, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery.
2. Proactive Risk Management: Monitor progress, identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all project phases.
3. Stakeholder Alignment & Quality Assurance: Ensure project scope, quality, and objectives are met through close stakeholder collaboration.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide interdisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between IT, FI, HR, and business units.
5. Workstream Integration: Manage dependencies and facilitate solution-oriented collaboration.
6. Communication Management: Conduct clear discussions, follow through on open points, and ensure effective communication.
7. Executive Reporting: Prepare and present reports to top management for strategic decisions.
8. Technical Oversight: Coordinate development and quality assurance of technical concepts and designs.
9. Provider Management: Work with external providers to ensure deliverables meet plans.

About you :

• Project Experience: At least 6 years managing international IT ERP projects, especially S / 4HANA cloud migrations.
• Expertise in Project Controlling: Skilled in planning, resource management, cost control, and benefits realization.
• Educational Background: Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar; professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) preferred.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset; capable of solving complex challenges and managing change.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences, including business and IT.
• Work Ethic & Organization: Structured, reliable, flexible, and highly organized.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Methodological Competence: Experienced in formal project management using traditional and agile methods.
• Mobility: Willing to travel 4 days per month within Europe.
