Job Description

• Manage and control the entire project life-cycle for the respective technology platform.
• Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution, and controlling of projects, while monitoring performance, quality, costs, and risks.
• Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies.
• Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to ensure proper, timely delivery and adequate functionality.
• Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement.
• Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows, methodologies, or Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
• Very good experience in project management, e.g., leading medium-sized projects.
• A good sense for intercultural differences.
• Preferably a Project Management Certification like IPMA or PMP.
• Excellent English communication skills, with German being a plus.
