About the role

As part of BayWa r.e. AG's Global Digitalization department, you will be as a Senior Project Manager Digitalization (m/f/d) central to our project management efforts within the group, serving global IT projects and programs for the group and all business entities. This role adds significant value by driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge digital tools and solutions.

What you will do

• You will provide conceptual consulting in the areas of digital tools & solutions
• You will analyze requirements and develop proposals for selecting suitable providers and implementation scenarios
• You will conduct workshops, feasibility studies, conceptualization, and implementation of proof-of-concepts
• You will consult and support our internal customers in business-relevant project implementations
• You will communicate and mediate expectations between internal stakeholders and external service providers

What you’ll need to succeed

• Completed studies in economics, (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of practical experience in IT / digitalization consulting
• Very high customer orientation and consulting competence
• Extensive experience in project management / project leadership, ideally with certification in this area
• Professional appearance and the ability to communicate confidently across multiple and international hierarchical levels
• Systematic, structured, and quality-oriented working style
• Experience in change management processes
• Very good German and English skills
