The Project Management team is one of the most important parts of the agency when it comes to implementing campaigns and projects for our clients. The (Senior) Project Manager Digital / Experience has direct responsibility for the clients and is therefore the face of MRM. You support a client team in the day-to-day business as well as in the strategy and development of business success.You will be the key point of contact for the client, supporting the account team and the client in the development of their strategy, creative, data and general project management. While day-to-day work is the focus, you will also be involved in larger strategic projects as well as commercial responsibility. The position comes with responsibility, decision-making authority and mentoring and offers room for further development. Your responsibilities

We rely on your independent management of complex customer projects.

You manage an interdisciplinary team and, if necessary, external service providers, both nationally and internationally.

You always have a holistic view of the project and the project environment and assess ongoing opportunities, risks, and potential.

You ensure that projects are successful and that relevant decisions are made on time.

You will be responsible for the entire project process, from the initial requirements analysis through to full implementation and final acceptance by the customer.

Your profile

Three to five years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency environment.

Experience with the development of digital products or complex IT platforms

The optimal customer experience is important to you

You are interested in new topics and are enthusiastic about them

You have an excellent understanding of strategic topics, processes and workflows

You have sound knowledge and experience in the coordination of project processes and common PM standards (project planning, control and communication, controlling, monitoring, classic and agile processes).

You have a confident, friendly and respectful manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.

You are characterized by assertiveness, enthusiasm and a pronounced ability to work in a team.

You have very good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, in German and English.
