Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Client Lead to act as the single point of accountability for the successful delivery of a major data centre project in Spain. You will provide end-to-end project management from pre-construction through to handover and close-out.

You will lead client/consultant teams, manage risk, schedule, costs, and procurement while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management of major capital works.
• Proven track record managing multi-million euro construction projects through full lifecycle.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
• Knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Own risk register and change control processes.
• Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy.

You’ll Need To Have

• Extensive project management of major capital works.
• Proven track record managing €multi-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
