Senior Project Manager (d/f/m)

Position

Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Senior Project Manager (d/f/m).

As a Senior Project Manager (d/f/m), you have a degree in business administration, economics, communication sciences, or a comparable qualification. You have already gained at least 5-7 years of professional experience in account or project management, ideally in an agency. You are fluent in German and have very good English skills.

Your tasks:

1. Leading, planning, and executing projects from start to finish
2. Creating detailed briefings, timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met
3. Overseeing budget planning, invoicing, and comprehensive cost control
4. Preparing, leading, and following up on meetings, presentations, and workshops
5. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery
6. Supervising production and media plans, ensuring quality and timely execution

2. Proven ability to deliver operational excellence from project initiation to completion

9. Confidence in leading meetings, presenting, and ensuring clear correspondence with clients and internal teams
