About the role

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and lead complex, cross-functional projects across multiple RWEST locations
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources - with a strong grasp of both high-level goals and operational detail
  • Lead workshops, prepare decision documents and support steering committees and sponsors with actionable insights
  • Coordinate across business units and corporate functions, ensuring alignment and cohesive progress
  • Drive project communication in a global, cross-cultural setting
  • Ensure a smooth transition from (new) business projects to business-as-usual at project completion
Job requirements and experiences
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking, paired with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
  • Fluent in English; willingness to travel occasionally
  • An open and curious mindset, paired with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative spirit
  • The ability to zoom in on details when needed, without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Motivation to create lasting impact in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Experience in coordinating or managing projects
Advantageous, but not essential
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and tools
  • Experience in operational or commercial functions within a (energy) trading environment
