Senior Project Manager Controlling Transformation & Integrations (all genders) full/part-time, Darmstadt

As a science and technology company with a strong position in key markets globally, we are continuously evolving through transformations and M&A. The Group sets ambitious value-generating targets for its M&A deals and transformations.

Role: Senior Project Manager Transformation & Integration, reporting to Group Controlling. You will support the financial aspects of transformation and carve-outs throughout all phases. You will be at the center of global transformations, leading financial integration and carve-out workstreams, performing acquisition tracking and synergy management. Additionally, you will lead global restructuring programs, perform strategic assessments, and handle exceptional accounting. Your role involves aligning with departments such as M&A, business development, finance, IT, and HR.

Who you are:

• University degree in Business Administration, Science, or Technology
• 5-10 years of experience in transactions, carve-outs, and post-merger integrations, with a background in Corporate Finance, Business Controlling, Strategy Consulting, or Deal Advisory
• 3+ years of operational experience in transactions, post-merger integrations, carve-outs, and due diligences; expertise in business cases, corporate finance, and valuations is a plus
• Project management skills to drive global initiatives and collaborate with executives
• Strong analytical, communicative, and change management capabilities
• Interest and enthusiasm for the Group's businesses
