Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement in einer Softwareumgebung erforderlich.
• Vertrautheit mit Projektmanagementmethoden wie PRINCE2 oder Scrum.
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Leitung von IT-Projekten von der Analyse bis zur Implementierung.

Your mission

• You take on full responsibility for managing IT projects – from analysis and conceptual design to the successful implementation of our iManSys software.
• You confidently lead service projects through all phases – keeping time, budget, resources, and customer satisfaction in focus.
• You design workshops and training sessions that inspire key users and develop tailored solutions for individual customer requirements.
• You are the central point of contact for our customers and strategically involve internal departments such as development and support.
• You actively contribute to the ongoing development of our project processes – with ideas, experience, and a clear sense of priorities.
• You support our IT consultants as a knowledgeable sparring partner in complex customer requirements, thereby strengthening the quality of the project team.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in IT project management – ideally in a software environment – and are able to maintain a clear overview, even in complex projects.
• You have a confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and work in a structured, goal-oriented, and solution-focused manner.
• You enjoy working with customers on an equal level – even in strategically important projects and at the management level.
• You are proficient in project management methods (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar) – or are willing to obtain certification.
• You are fluent in German and English – additional languages are a plus.
