Requirements:

• Extensive experience in modern web development: Strong proficiency in React (v18+), Next.js (v14+), and TypeScript for frontend applications.
• Backend & database expertise: Solid experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Cloud infrastructure & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Scalable & high-performance applications: Knowledge of monorepos (Nx / Turbo), microservices, and modern API architectures.
• AI-driven development mindset: Familiarity with MLOps, LLM integration, and automation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain scalable applications: Work across the frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, databases) to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.
• Optimize AI-driven solutions: Contribute to the integration of AI technologies and enhance automation in business processes.
• Ensure software quality & best practices: Write clean, maintainable code, implement automated tests, and follow modern CI / CD workflows.
• Drive technical decisions & architecture: Take ownership of key development projects, shaping the architecture, design, and performance of applications.
• Mentor & collaborate with the team: Guide junior developers, participate in peer code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Work in a hybrid & agile environment: Collaborate in a cross-functional team, attend on-site sessions in Cologne (twice per week), and contribute to sprint planning.
