We're Hiring: Biogas Project Managers – Germany!

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for renewable energy? Join our team and lead biogas installation projects that make a real impact! We're looking for x2 skilled professionals to drive complex projects forward.

Job Details:

Location: Osnabrück, Germany (Western – Lower saxony)

Salary:

• €7,000 - €9,000 BRUTO for senior heavy PMs (EPC projects >€10M)
• €5,000 - €7,000 BRUTO for less experienced profiles
• Start Date: ASAP

What you'll do:

• Manage biogas installation projects from start to finish
• Handle budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with technical and sustainability standards
• Work with engineering teams and suppliers
• Oversee Orgalime / IChemE contracts

What we’re looking for:

• Senior Project Managers (>10 years’ experience in international EPC-type projects, CAPEX >€10M)
• Experience with complex renewable energy projects (biogas, biomass, wastewater, carbon capture) – oil & gas and private equity customer experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German is essential and English
• Willingness to travel once per month
