Senior Project Manager – Wind Energy (m / f / d)

Location : Oldenburg, Germany (Hybrid)

An industry-leading renewable energy developer is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the development and sale of wind farm projects at the ready-to-build stage. Your Role :

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for wind energy projects during the critical pre-construction phase. Your primary focus will be ensuring all technical, commercial, and permitting aspects are in place to bring projects to market readiness. Once projects are ready to build, you will support or lead the sales process to investors or utilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage wind farm projects from permitting through to sale
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. planning, engineering, legal) and external stakeholders
• Oversee approval procedures under BImSchG and related regulations
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and milestones are met
• Lead the sales process for ready-to-build projects

Your Profile :

• Minimum 7 years of experience in wind energy project development
• Deep knowledge of the German wind permitting process
• Proven track record of bringing projects to the ready-to-build stage
• Experience in project sales and investor communication is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in German; English is a plus
