Zusammenfassung

Proactive Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Germany to oversee contract logistics projects with a focus on cost control and results. You will lead interdisciplinary international teams across intralogistics, construction, IT, and operations, coordinating external partners and managing change requests.

You will ensure robust process documentation, coordinate customer system integrations, and take overall responsibility for investment management, project controlling and risk

Qualifikationen

• A technical or business degree or comparable qualification, preferably with logistics focus.
• Experience with project management tools; PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Experience in logistical/operational processes and warehouse management system implementation.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong written and spoken English and German.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week (30–40%).

Senior Project Manager

Location: Germany (30-40% of travel)

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the overarching planning and management of projects in the field of contract logistics and will keep an eye on costs and results at all times.
• You will lead interdisciplinary international teams of practitioners (f/m/d) and experts (f/m/d) from the fields of intralogistics, construction, IT, operations and external partners.
• You will take care of change request management and ensure the development and coordination of process documentation.
• You coordinate integration tests with the customer systems.
• You have overall responsibility for investment management, project controlling and risk management.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on logistics.
• You have relevant project experience in a comparable position and know how to use relevant project management tools, ideally also the PRINCE2 methodology.
• You have relevant experience in logistical and operational processes and are also familiar with the implementation of warehouse management systems.
• You are confident in using MS Office and MS Project.
• You have a good command of written and spoken English & German
• You are characterized by the willingness to travel on projects (2-3 days/week; 30-40% of the time).
