Job summary

The Resolute Group Ltd invites an experienced Project Manager to join its Frankfurt team. Lead complex Data Centre and mission-critical projects, coordinating engineers, architects, and clients in a fast-paced consultancy setting.

We seek a professional with a architecture/civil engineering background, 5+ years in project management, and fluent English. Knowledge of German building regulations is beneficial; German work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a consultancy or design-led environment
• Experience in Data Centre projects is highly desirable
• Solid knowledge of German building regulations and standards
• Pharmaceutical or other technically complex projects experience considered
• Fluent in English (German advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects with short timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout development and execution
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical and safety requirements
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and quality standards
• Contribute to CAD models and technical documentation as part of project deliverables

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and capable Project Manager to strengthen a growing Project Management team in Frankfurt. This role will focus on the successful delivery of Data Centre and Mission Critical projects, working within a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects with short timelines, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout project development and execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and external stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, technical, and safety requirements
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Contribute to the development and review of CAD models and technical documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management within a consultancy or design-led environment
• Proven experience in Data Centre projects is highly desirable
• Experience in pharmaceutical or other technically complex projects will also be considered
• Solid knowledge of German building regulations and standards
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is advantageous
