Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects with short timelines, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout project development and execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and external stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, technical, and safety requirements
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Contribute to the development and review of CAD models and technical documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management within a consultancy or design-led environment
• Proven experience in Data Centre projects is highly desirable
• Experience in pharmaceutical or other technically complex projects will also be considered
• Strong understanding of CAD tools and project delivery workflows
• Solid knowledge of German building regulations and standards
• English is required, German is advantageous
