Remotely in Germany (Remote) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Adobe Digital Experience deliveries, spanning Marketing and Commerce solutions.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate international teams, and travel 20-50% across the EMEA Central region.

Fluency in German and English is required; PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) is highly desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience delivering enterprise digital marketing or software implementations.
• Proven experience with Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, or Content Management implementations.
• Hands-on experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM and AEP.
• Experience managing large, complex projects or multiple engagements.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Professional PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly desirable.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel 20-50% across the EMEA Central region.

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale digital marketing and digital transformation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global customers and system integration partners, managing complex implementations across Adobe Marketing and Commerce solutions.

As the Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle---from project initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful delivery. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, manage project scope, budgets, resources, and risks, and help customers achieve measurable business outcomes through Adobe's digital experience technologies.

This role is primarily based in Germany and requires flexibility to travel approximately 20--50% across the EMEA Central region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery and scoping activities, gathering and analysing business requirements to develop effective digital solutions.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, risk management, budget control, and project closure.

• Oversee project resourcing, forecasting, commercial management, time tracking, and invoicing.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Support customers throughout their digital transformation journey by providing guidance, industry best practices, and strategic advice.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of Project Management Office (PMO) practices.

About You

You are an experienced project manager with a strong background delivering enterprise digital marketing or digital experience implementations. You thrive in customer-facing environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and have experience managing multiple stakeholders across international teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' project management experience delivering digital marketing or enterprise software implementation projects.

• Proven experience managing Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, or Content Management implementations.

• Hands-on experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including:

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

• Ideally Adobe Campaign and Adobe Commerce

• Experience managing large, complex projects or multiple concurrent engagements.

• Strong project planning, risk management, prioritisation, budgeting, and executive stakeholder management skills.

• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.

• Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification) is highly desirable.

• Consulting background or experience working with software vendors is advantageous.

• Comfortable working with distributed international teams across different time zones.

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Additional European languages are beneficial.
