PowerToFly is looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager in Stuttgart to lead projects and drive real impact within the EuroCentral Services organization. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and programs: assess needs, define governance and structure, plan staffing, manage risks, and continuously apply and improve best practices
• Drive the creation of Statements of Work (SoW), ensuring clear scope, timelines, and budget alignment in line with established standards
• Build, manage, and steer project plans and scope across the full lifecycle, guiding teams while actively optimizing workloads and promoting a healthy work-life balance
• Own and steer project financials (P&L), ensuring delivery meets quality, margin, and scheduling commitments through effective resource utilization
• Safeguard confidentiality and protect intellectual property by implementing and enforcing appropriate measures across all project activities

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent technical qualification)
• Proven experience experience in project management, ideally in product development or services/consulting environments
• Forward-thinking mindset with a solid foundation in Agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum); certifications like PMI are a plus
• Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to negotiate, handle objections, and engage stakeholders effectively
• Proactive, ownership-driven personality who thrives on responsibility, embraces continuous learning, and is excited to travel and engage with customers across the DACH region
