Build strong relationships with the Client, GC, and local delivery team.

Improve project margin.

Complete IST with no snags on the agreed schedule.

Document monthly ongoing improvements and lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meeting the scope, schedule, resource, and budget.
2. Monitors & maintains overview status of all projects.
3. Implement or ensure enforcement of change control over the project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
4. Day-to-day project execution.
5. Timely resolution of issues, including escalation.

Requirements

1. Strong leadership.
2. Excellent working knowledge of the technical and operational environment in which the project deliverables are created and used.
3. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and geographically dispersed environment.
4. Managing the Project Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Project Sponsor.
