Key Responsibilities

1. Build strong relationships with the Client, GC, and local delivery team.
2. Improve project margins.
3. Complete IST with no snags on the scheduled date.
4. Document monthly ongoing improvements and lessons learned.
5. Meet the scope, schedule, resource, and budget requirements.
6. Monitor and maintain an overview of all projects.
7. Implement or enforce change control over project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
8. Manage day-to-day project execution.
9. Ensure timely resolution of issues, including escalation when necessary.
10. Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
11. Possess excellent knowledge of the technical and operational environment related to the project.
12. Adapt to a dynamic and geographically dispersed environment.
13. Manage the Project Management Plan within established constraints, with approval from the Project Sponsor.
