Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager with a background in engineering and a passion for the energy industry? We're looking for someone like you to lead a critical infrastructure project in Bavaria, starting this July.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, stakeholders, and timelines. You'll manage a team of 10+ professionals and be the go-to person for our client when it comes to quality, budget, and time control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary project team (10+ members)
• Act as the main point of contact for customer communications
• Manage stakeholders across internal and external teams
• Oversee and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Ensure all technical and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical project manager
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills
• Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
• Prior experience in the energy sector

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Familiarity with overhead lines and/or substation projects
• Previous work on utility-scale or transmission infrastructure
