We're looking for a highly organized and experienced PMO lead (m / f / d) to join our Transformation Office. This key role will manage and maintain strong project management standards, processes, and tools for all our Transformation initiatives. You'll ensure projects are run consistently, reported clearly, and help us make smart decisions to achieve our transformation goals.

Your Tasks

• Manage PMO StandardsContinuous improve and manage our PMO framework, including standard methods, templates, and best practices for transformation projectsEnsure everyone follows our project rules and governance
• Oversee Transformation PortfolioHelp manage our portfolio of transformation projects, including priorities, resource allocation, and tracking dependencies
• Reporting & AnalyticsDesign and maintain dashboards and metrics to give real-time visibility into project status and performancePrepare and present regular reports and executive summaries for Transformation Office leadership and senior managementAnalyse project data to spot trends, issues, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendationsManage a central hub for all project documents and reportsCreate ad-hoc reports as needed to support strategic decisions

Support Transformation Leads and Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing their initiatives effectivelyHelp facilitate key meetings and reviews, ensuring clear outcomes and action itemsProvide guidance and coaching on PMO processes, tools, and best practices to project teamsAssist in identifying and resolving roadblocks and challenges that impact project delivery

• Manage Risks & IssuesSet up and oversee processes for identifying, assessing, and managing program and project risks and issues
• Drive ImprovementContinuously look for ways to make our PMO processes and tools betterLead small Transformation Projects

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of PMO experience, ideally supporting major transformation programs
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (, Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent skills with project management software and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of staff, including senior leadership
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
