About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager based in Germany who can bring structure, clarity, and high standards to a large-scale technology audit. You will be embedded in a strategic audit project where we are evaluating the technology stack and workflows of a fast-growing eCommerce company.

In this role, you will use your project management expertise not only to audit and assess the company’s internal PM systems (tools, workflows, documentation), but also to support our own team in managing the delivery of audit work across 10 different technology departments — including data, infrastructure, DevOps, finance, and marketing tech.

What You’ll Do

• Audit and assess the company’s current project management setup (tools, processes, responsibilities, and documentation).
• Help structure and document the broader audit process, working closely with technical experts from each domain.
• Act as the operational glue across our team, helping to coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables for ~10 concurrent audit streams.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders in both German and English, translating insights and updates for cross-functional audiences.
• Support the final compilation of audit results and recommendations into structured, professional formats (Notion, Confluence, Google Docs).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within tech, SaaS, or consulting environments.
• Fluency in both German and English — written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work independently, coordinate multiple workstreams, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project documentation, SOPs, tooling audits, or tech org structuring is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with project tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, or Asana.

Contract Details

• Initial contract: 1–2 weeks of focused work
• Ongoing: ~2–3 days/month part-time to support post-audit implementation and team coordination
• Remote with flexibility, ideally able to join calls within CET working hours
