Senior Project Lead D&E IT-Integration

Your working environment

In our Development & Engineering (D&E) department, you will contribute to solving complex challenges in the semiconductor industry. You will work on critical components in wafer tables and enhance scanner performance. Our team ensures the optimal functioning of lithography systems. Join D&E and carve out your niche.

Your tasks

As Senior Project Lead: D&E IT Integration, you:

1. Are responsible for implementing the necessary engineering (D&E) IT tools.
2. Coordinate between all relevant functions and stakeholders in Berlin, Veldhoven, and other sectors.
3. Ensure the coordination and completion of the implementation process following the methodology for Non-PGP-ASML projects and the IT Step-Up Architecture.
4. Specify and manage interfaces between business processes and IT tools to ensure solutions are planned and delivered within the budget or TAP range.
5. Serve as the point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring close cooperation with IT teams in Veldhoven, Berlin, and D&E.
6. Consider data protection aspects and manage troubleshooting measures to meet security requirements.
7. Ensure the suitability of new Berliner IT tools in line with the ASML IT Roadmap and IT Step-Up Architecture.
8. Integrate D&E Berlin into the ASML MDEV Design Foundation and establish best practices for D&E Berlin.
9. Prepare and coordinate the Target Annual Planning 2026/2027, considering Berlin-specific requirements for the D&E portfolio.
10. Provide regular project progress reports to boards, committees, and senior management in Berlin and Veldhoven.

Your qualifications

1. A degree in engineering, natural sciences, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Extensive experience managing large projects in high-tech sectors, focusing on IT integration.
3. Proficiency with IT tools related to project development/engineering (e.g., CAD, PLM, SAP, Enterprise Architect).
4. Strong project management skills, especially in process implementation and change management.
5. Experience communicating with and reporting to senior management.
6. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
