Senior Project Lead D&E IT-Integration

Your tasks
As Senior Project Lead: D&E IT Integration, you:
- Are responsible for implementing the necessary engineering (D&E) IT tools.
- Coordinate between all relevant functions and stakeholders in Berlin, Veldhoven, and other sectors.
- Ensure the coordination and completion of the implementation process following the methodology for Non-PGP-ASML projects and the IT Step-Up Architecture.
- Specify and manage interfaces between business processes and IT tools to ensure solutions are planned and delivered within the budget or TAP range.
- Serve as the point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring close cooperation with IT teams in Veldhoven, Berlin, and D&E.
- Consider data protection aspects and manage troubleshooting measures to meet security requirements.
- Ensure the suitability of new Berliner IT tools in line with the ASML IT Roadmap and IT Step-Up Architecture.
- Integrate D&E Berlin into the ASML MDEV Design Foundation and establish best practices for D&E Berlin.
- Prepare and coordinate the Target Annual Planning 2026/2027, considering Berlin-specific requirements for the D&E portfolio.
- Provide regular project progress reports to boards, committees, and senior management in Berlin and Veldhoven.
Your qualifications
- A degree in engineering, natural sciences, or an equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience managing large projects in high-tech sectors, focusing on IT integration.
- Proficiency with IT tools related to project development/engineering (e.g., CAD, PLM, SAP, Enterprise Architect).
- Strong project management skills, especially in process implementation and change management.
- Experience communicating with and reporting to senior management.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
