Our Renewables Team in Germany is seeking a qualified professional for the following role:

1. Originate co-development partnerships to develop and/or acquire utility-scale solar projects in Germany.
2. Establish and manage relationships with project developers and stakeholders related to these projects.
3. Collaborate closely with internal functions such as asset commercialization, tax, trading, financial modeling, EPC, project development, and contract management.
4. Evaluate technical, commercial, and permitting risks during the acquisition phase of large-scale PV projects.
5. Prepare presentations to support management decision-making.
6. Report to the Head of Partnerships and Portfolio acquisitions - Solar DACH & BeNeLux.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in PV project development in Germany.
• Master's or Diploma degree in economics, engineering, urban planning, renewable energy technologies, or a related field.
• Proven track record in the development, acquisition, or co-development of utility-scale solar projects.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics within the German energy and renewable sector.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness in an international environment, with the ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and networking.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
