Zusammenfassung

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced professional to manage the project development cycle for commercial and residential projects in Berlin. You will coordinate external service providers up to planning approval, conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, and negotiate with authorities and stakeholders.

The role requires leadership of project teams, strong communication and negotiation skills, and relevant real estate knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management/urban planning or comparable training.
• Several years of professional experience in development of commercial and residential projects and land development.
• Experience in leading project teams.
• Strong communication, assertiveness and negotiation skills.
• Legal knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage.

• Management of the project development cycle and external service providers up to the approval planning stage.

• Several years of professional experience in the development of commercial and residential construction projects and building land development
• Experience in leading project teams
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Legal knowledge of the real estate industry an advantage
