Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Design von MV/HV-Umspannwerken.
• Erfahrung mit der Dimensionierung von STATCOM oder harmonischen Filtern wird geschätzt.
• Relay-Settings und Koordinationsberechnungen werden geschätzt.

Aufgaben

• Technischer Projektleiter für MV/HV-Stromversorgungsprojekte.
• Entwicklung von Stromversorgungskonzepten für Stahlwerke und Walzwerke.
• Koordination des entwickelten Konzepts mit den Kunden.

Senior Project Design Engineer (m/w/d)

What You Can Look Forward To

• Technical project manager / system integrator for MV/HV power supply projects
• Develop power supply concepts for steel plants and rolling mills:
• Develop plant power supply single line diagrams
• Sizing of distribution transformers
• Selection of MV and HV switchgears and cables
• Develop substation SCADA protection concepts
• Design substation secondary circuits (basic and detailed engineering)
• Power systems harmonics analysis, short circuit, and load flow analysis
• Coordinate the developed concept with customers
• Support pre-project handling, sales activities, and daily business

Your Qualifications And Skills

• Degree in high and medium voltage distribution systems, focusing on MV/HV substations design
• At least 7 years of professional experience in MV/HV substations design
• Experience with design tools ETAP, EPLAN, SINCAL, MATLAB SIMULINK, or similar
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with sizing STATCOM or harmonic filters is highly appreciated
• Relay settings and coordination calculations are highly appreciated
• Willingness to learn, independent and structured working style, reliability, high quality awareness, and teamwork skills
