We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Cost Controller to oversee cost management activities on complex EPC and EPCM projects across pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and oil & gas sectors. Reporting to the Project Controls & Commercial Manager and working closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Finance, you will take end-to-end ownership of project cost control, forecasting, and reporting for both our company and our clients.

• Support the Tendering team and the Commercial Manager
• Drive monthly cost reviews, earned-value analysis, cash-flow forecasting, and variance explanations
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA (or SAP HANA database) and advanced data tools (Power BI, Python, or similar) to automate data extraction, cleansing, and visualization
• Coordinate closely with Planning & Scheduling
• Track design changes, claims, and trends
• Champion continuous improvement in cost control processes and digital tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
• Extensive experience in Cost Control / Project Controls on EPC or EPCM projects, including senior or lead roles
• Proficiency in Monte Carlo simulation, scenario analysis, statistical forecasting, and large data manipulation
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, project cash-flow, and currency management
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); Italian proficiency is advantageous
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites across Italy
