We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Cost Controller to steer cost-management activities on complex EPC and EPCM projects across pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and oil & gas sectors. Reporting to the Project Controls & Commercial Manager and working closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Finance, you will take end-to-end ownership of project cost control, forecasting, and reporting for both our company and our clients.

• Support the Tendering team and the Commercial Manager
• Drive monthly cost reviews, earned-value analysis, cash-flow forecasting, and variance explanations
• Harness SAP S/4HANA (or SAP HANA database) and advanced data-handling tools (Power BI, Python, or similar) to automate data extraction, cleansing, and visualization
• Coordinate closely with Planning & Scheduling
• Track design changes, claims, and trends
• Champion continuous improvement in cost control processes and digital tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
• Many years of progressive experience in Cost Control / Project Controls on EPC or EPCM projects, with at least several years in a senior or lead capacity
• Demonstrable capability in Monte Carlo simulation, scenario analysis, statistical forecasting, and large-data manipulation
• Solid knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, project cash-flow, and currency management
• Fluent English (spoken & written); Italian proficiency advantageous
• Willingness to travel / relocate to project sites across Italy
