Responsibilities:

• Lead security compliance governance for cloud products within our Information Security and Business Continuity Management Systems, adopting a holistic end-to-end approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, and Finance to address compliance needs.
• Prioritize security compliance issues with operations and development teams.
• Manage compliance initiatives such as gap assessments and governance of controls to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC, C5, PCI-DSS).
• Translate legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations into controls and governance activities.
• Advise on frameworks and strategic positioning of compliance and information security for business units.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in computer/natural science, economics, engineering, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of ISO, SOC, and PCI-DSS certifications and audits.
• Experience in compliance, consulting, and security concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Adaptability and openness to dynamic environments.

Preferred:

• Project management experience and external compliance expertise.
• Knowledge of cloud platform technologies such as infrastructure management, virtualization, containers, and networks.

Work Experience:

• 6+ years in project or program management.
• 4+ years in compliance, certifications, or software consulting.
• 2+ years of PCI-DSS compliance experience.
• Experience in international and virtual projects.

Team and Culture:

The Governance, Compliance & Certification Office manages compliance governance for cloud development and operations. You will play a key role translating legal and compliance language into practical strategies, supporting stakeholders along the cloud value chain.
